Attention Shipmates of the Submarines Cavalla (244 & 684): The 2004 Reunion will take place in Galveston TX on April 21-23, 2004 at the Hotel Galvez.

Come and enjoy the friendships made aboard the Cavalla and share the nostalgia on board the first Cavalla. Since SSN-684 has been scrapped, the WWII Cavalla (SS-244) will serve as a memorial for both vessels. The restoration of the WWII Cavalla is coming along well. The new superstructure and wooden deck have brought our boat back from its days of despair.

Over the two days, the Hotel Galvez will be the center of activities. On day two we will have a memorial service alongside the SS-244 in Seawolf Park. Don’t miss this opportunity for greet old friends and enjoy the Gulf Coast area.
